Session 1 Academy Registration Fees

$1,675 USD - This fee includes Registration costs for Sessions 1 & 2;
Administrative fees for Session 1 Academy.

This fee is paid directly to the Chair Academy

$1,729 CAD/Single - Session 1 food and lodging fees.

  • This includes accommodations for the length of the program, plus breakfasts, lunches, am/pm refreshment breaks, and 4 dinners.

This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy.

  
Session 2 Academy Registration Fees

$120.00 (USD) - Facilities and administrative fees for Session 2 Academy.

This fee is paid directly to the Chair Academy

$600.00 (CAD) - Paid at Check-in - Session 2 onsite food package fees.

  • This includes 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 am/pm refreshment breaks, and 4 dinners.

Hotel Price:
Session 2: $213.00 (CAD) single, per night, per person, plus applicable taxes.
Say you are with the Alberta Leadership Academy Week 2

Please make your reservations with the hotel immediately.

Participants MUST make their reservations at the Banff Centre by April 13.
If the Banff Centre sells out of available rooms, we will endeavor to find an overflow hotel. A seperate/different food package fee will be administered.

Please note that the Chair Academy is not responsible for making hotel reservations;
please contact the hotel to make arrangements for your accommodation.

 

We ask that you make hotel reservations as soon as you receive confirmation of your registration.
The room rate has a cutoff, and will be unable to hold the Academy rate beyond this date.

Cancellation Policy

 


We will invoice you for the registration amount, when we process your registration form.
Before a program begins, substantial administrative costs related to your registration are incurred.
Therefore, the following fees apply:

Any and all cancellations MUST be submitted to the Chair Academy IN WRITING

Less than seven (7) calendar days from Academy start date-
- Substitutions are allowed
- No Transfer Fee
- $250 Cancellation Fee

No-Show without written notification -
- No Substitutions allowed
- No Transfers Allowed
- $250 Cancellation Fee



  
Depending on the venue, you may also be responsible for paying hotel and catering costs.
Please contact the Chair Academy office for specific information related to your academy.

By submitting the registration form, you are stating that you have read and agreed
to the cancellation and transfer policy and accept its terms.
