	Session 1 Academy Registration Fees
	$1,675.00 USD - This fee includes Registration costs for Sessions 1 & 2, and Administrative fees for Session 1 Academy. This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy. There is an onsite food package fee for Session 1, paid to the Kingbridge Conference Centre.
	Session 2 Academy Registration Fees
	$100 USD - Administrative and Facilities fees. This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy This is residential program. The food package is included in the lodging costs. If you do not plan to stay at the hotel, you will need to contact them directly at 800.827.7221 to pay for your food package
	Hotel and Travel
	Kingbridge Conference Centre and Institute 12750 Jane Street King City, ON, Canada, L7B 1A3 Hotel Price: $285.00 (CAD) per person/night plus taxes and fees. This fee includes Lodging and Food Package for Session 2. The food package will include 3 breakfasts, 3am breaks, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, and 3pm breaks. PLEASE BOOK YOUR AIRFARE/HOTEL IMMEDIATELY! We ask that you make hotel reservations as soon as you receive confirmation of your registration. The room rate has a cutoff, and will be unable to hold the Academy rate beyond this date. Please note that the Chair Academy is not responsible for making hotel reservations.
	Cancellation Policy
	Registered participants unable to attend an Academy program or event must notify the Chair Academy Liaison TWO WEEKS prior to the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing at leadership@chairacademy.com. Written cancellations submitted prior to the two week deadline will be waived of the $250 administration fee if NO expense has been incurred by The Chair Academy in support of the event itself. All cancellations submitted within the two week period will be subject to a $250.00 (USD) administration fee. This policy will also recognize that when a registration is shifted from one Academy program to another, and no direct expense is incurred by The Chair Academy in the process, the $250 administration fee will be waived. Written notification of this substitution must be sent to the Academy Liaison and confirmed with the Associate Director prior to the event.
	Depending on the venue, you may also be responsible for paying hotel and catering costs. Please contact the Chair Academy office for specific information related to your academy.
