The Idahlynn Karre Exemplary Leadership Award

The Annual International Leadership Conference is the perfect forum for recognizing exemplary higher education and organizational leaders.

The Chair Academy invites you to nominate an exceptional leader and/or leadership team. One of the highest honors of recognition is to be esteemed by colleagues. The Chair Academy would like to celebrate with you and your college as we recognize those individuals or teams who best exemplify and support academic and administrative excellence in leadership.

Submit nominations by January 20, 2019.

Do you know someone who...

. . . has developed a program to enhance the learning community at your institution?

. . . has created programs to enhance diverse offerings and meet the needs of the ever-changing college population?

. . . has created an environment in which others are empowered and is viewed as an exemplary leader by colleagues?

. . . has modeled loyalty, commitment, integrity, acceptance, and open communication to enhance the overall effectiveness of their department/area in their institution?

Recipients of the Exemplary Leadership Award will be recognized at the Chair Academy’s 28th Annual International Leadership Conference, March 26-29, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Exemplary leaders are:

• Awarded at Conference Awards Gala, March 26, 2019
• Highlighted in the Conference Awards Gala Guide
• Presented to their Presidents with formal notification of this honor

The Exemplary Leader and/or Exemplary Teams, MUST be present at conference.
